We believe that the hallmarks of the Craftsman style home—knee bracing, shingles, gables, front porches, and distinctive window and door trim—are true to the heritage of Discovery Trail Farm and the original farmhouses found in the Sequim Dungeness Valley. In addition, some features such as deep overhangs are not only recommended for their design integrity but will help to shade your home from the sun to the South and West.

To preserve views and promote quality homes with diversity and style, we have also established minimum and maximum home sizes, maximum footprints for hangars, and height restrictions.
